Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting performance targets, and managing budgets to achieve company revenue goals. The Senior Sales Manager will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing training and mentoring to the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Set performance targets for the sales team and monitor progress towards achieving them
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the company’s customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Provide training and mentoring to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Report on sales performance to upper management and make recommendations for improvements
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and developments



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the industry is a plus
